1.2. Eligibility Requirements

1.2.1.
To participate in this series, a driver must be a citizen of any of the following countries:
Australia / Brazil / Canada / China / France / Germany / India/ Italy / Mexico / Russia / South Korea / UK / USA

1.2.2.
In the event that a driver’s citizenship is different to that on iRacing, the driver must email proof of certification to the series administrators (hnef@auto-manix.com) before being able to compete under a country’s banner. In the event that a driver has dual citizenship, they may choose to compete under either country’s banner, however may not change this in future iterations of the Hyundai N e-Festival Global League, unless the citizenship of the country originally participating under no longer exists.

1.2.3.
In the very rare event that two drivers cannot be found to represent a country from the above list, series organisers reserve the right to review the time attack standings, and offer invitations to two drivers from the highest rated country on the standings list.

1.2.4.
In the event that a driver has falsified any information on the application, they will disqualified from the series.

1.2.5.
The series organisers reserve the right to ask for proof of citizenship for any driver that the organisers suspect has been dishonest on the application.

1.2.6.
All drivers must complete the application/declaration of consent form to be eligible for entry to the series. If a driver is under the age of 18, but is 13 or older, a parental consent form must also
be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian of the driver to be eligible to compete in the series.

1.2.7.
Drivers younger than 13 years of age are illegible to compete in this series, due to the fact that they are not allowed to compete on iRacing.
