Untact is a new word in which a word meaning negative or opposite is added to contact, meaning contact. In other words, untact consumption refers to a consumption pattern that consumers and employees do not need to meet.

As mentioned earlier, the spread of’social distancing ‘ movements caused by the corona 19 influence led to untact consumption. Moreover, it is analyzed that the support of technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence) and Internet of Things (IoT) worked positively.

Expert groups such as academia predict that untact consumption will become the mainstream. This is because the individual-centered consumption tendency and the cost-cutting effect of companies are intertwined.
